Led the migration of 6,000 insurance claims from an external system, automating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Upgraded and maintained Guidewire-based insurance systems, ensuring seamless operations for a London Market–based insurer. Contributed to a Guidewire Excellence initiative by researching and implementing a new process to improve claim processing reliability. Assisted in preparing a major London Market–based insurer’s system for a cloud-based migration, optimizing future scalability and performance. Developed and integrated system components using Java, Spring, REST, SOAP, Gosu, and Guidewire. Created and maintained unit tests with the JUnit API, ensuring software reliability and preventing regressions.

Maintained WordPress websites and coded plugins in PHP. Demonstrated ability to excel under high-pressure conditions, managing critical production releases even under challenging schedules, such as working until 2:00 AM and resuming at 5:00 AM on the same day.

Created new websites and maintained existing ones, improving functionality and user experience. Ensured consistent responsive design. Modified core code in a complex development project using JS, CSS, and WordPress.
