I am a professional musician and composer who left school at 18, teaching myself piano, conducting and orchestration. I love theatre, film, songwriting, and the art of creating and leading ensembles. Performance is enjoyable and valuable, but my passion lies in making music—building the work, the art, the people, and the challenge together.
I currently serve as musical director and organist for St Joseph’s Choir, Newbury (voluntary), and I’m preparing/orchestrating works for the Newbury Symphony Orchestra. I’ve written and arranged for numerous productions, including a musical with Ade Morris, and I’ve collaborated on projects from Edinburgh Fringe to Cannes-winning shorts. I’m experienced with Sibelius, Logic, and Pro Tools, have composed hundreds of songs, and am expanding into poetry and theatre work. I’m liberal, people-focused, and eager to connect art with community and opportunity.
