Designed and deployed an end-to-end LLM-powered sentiment classification agent using LangGraph and IBM Watsonx API (REST/JSON integration) to analyze CMS policy forum comments. Implemented a map-reduce parallel processing pipeline to classify hundreds of comments simultaneously, improving efficiency and accuracy by 60%. Refactored pipelines into BeeAI for modularity, maintainability, and scalable deployment. Helped build adversarial image detection for CNN models using an SVM, PyTorch and Torchvision. Designed and executed scalable ETL pipelines to preprocess large-scale image datasets (10,000+ images) from AWS S3 using PyTorch DataLoaders. Increased the image processing capacity by over 12,000% (from 8 to 1,000+ images). Diagnosed and optimized GPU/CPU memory allocation using nvidia-smi, resulting in reduced training bottlenecks. Facilitated model testing by creating an ETL pipeline to generate datasets mixed of clean and attacked images. Utilized Git, and Kubernetes to manage version control, and containerized deployments within the workflow.
