Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, supporting SaaS application on AWS. Deployed and managed PHP, Node.js and Go microservices on ECS, and MySQL and Postgres databases. Deployed and maintained AWS SageMaker to support internal ML team, automating Jupyter notebooks provisioning. Applied AWS security best practices including IAM policy enforcement, VPC security controls, and secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager. Provided end-to-end administration and support for the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure and compliant collaboration across the organisation.

Responsible for building and improving the reliability and performance of SaaS application and infrastructure. Designed and maintained reusable Terraform modules for provisioning infrastructure on AWS. Deployment of microservices in Go lang. Managed Kubernetes clusters with EKS, wrote and maintained Helm charts for deploying microservices, and adopted ArgoCD and GitOps for deployments. Implemented and maintained system observability with Prometheus, Grafana stack. Diagnosed and resolved infrastructure failures and performance bottlenecks including networking issues, resource scaling, and service outages.

Leverage pre-built infrastructure provisioning, secure application deployment, solution configuration processes. Ensure recovery of systems from infrastructure or service failures to mitigate disruptions. Support application development on Microsoft Azure such as containers, WebApp, Key Vault, MSSQL, Azure DevOps, Active Directory and Terraform. Supports multiple customers and internal teams on an as-needed basis. Secure the development lifecycle with Snyk platform. Patching management for WordPress. Deploy and manage applications and systems deployed to Azure and AWS. Container-based deployments on AWS ECS. Support the company to achieve the ISO 27001 security certification.
