Architected headless commerce at scale using Magento core services, Kafka-based event streaming, Algolia-powered PLP/Search, PWA storefronts, and external OMS for high-volume order orchestration. Owned end-to-end storefront, checkout, cart, and admin customization, including per-item shipping, multi-vendor splits, complex cart grouping, and OMS handoff for enterprise order flows. Designed and delivered performance-optimized checkout and promotion systems handling peak traffic during Ramadan, Eid, and Black Friday; reduced bottlenecks via query optimization, service isolation, and custom rule bypassing.
