Developed and maintained backend REST APIs using FastAPI and PostgreSQL/MySQL, including complex CRUD operations, data quality testing endpoints, and digital badge issuance with soft deletion and audit tracking. Designed and optimized database schemas with Redshift and MySQL; implemented upsert logic, pagination, search filters, and schema governance features to enhance data integrity and usability. Built and enhanced frontend components using React 18, TypeScript, and Ant Design for internal tools; improved user experience with abortable data fetches, custom notifications, and modal forms. Collaborated with product owners and senior engineers to refine requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver production-ready features such as digital badge management and Slack API integrations. Created a digital badge system on Slack using Airflow and Python to schedule and run daily calculation/assigning of badges.

Enabled seamless front-end and back-end communication for efficient data exchange and real-time updates. Developed dynamic, interactive tables with sorting, filtering, pagination, and date-based filters. Implemented export functionality to PDF and Excel, enabling offline data access. Role-Based Access Control – displayed data conditionally based on user roles to ensure secure, relevant access. Added real-time form validation to reduce errors and enhance interaction quality.

Attendance / Admin Portal: Built a feature-rich, interactive table using @tanstack/react-table; integrated modal-based row actions (edit/delete) and real-time loading indicators; optimized API usage with Apollo Client’s useLazyQuery; developed a responsive UI using ShadCN components; built a calendar interface for managing holidays; implemented secure login with JWT and RBAC; developed configurable settings for leave types and work policies. E-Learning Portal: Implemented secure authentication with JWT and refresh tokens; API-integrated CRUD operations for assignments, announcements, and exams; designed a drag-and-drop interface for easy reordering; created a custom event calendar; added real-time connectivity notifications and localization support; built an automated exam timer.
