This portfolio project presents three different recruitment ad concepts created as a brainstorming exercise for a recruiting-focused online ads campaign.
The objective was to explore multiple visual and messaging directions for the same hiring goal, showing versatility in tone, style, and audience targeting — while keeping the business need constant.
All concepts were produced using an AI-assisted workflow to iterate quickly, combined with human judgment for clarity, relevance, and credibility.
Concept 1 — Clean & Corporate
A professional, reassuring approach designed for broad audiences and traditional recruiting contexts.
