Platform co-developed in C# using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, with the CoinGecko API integrated to retrieve historical price data, enabling tax analysis and reporting. For security and access management, authentication and authorization were implemented with ASP.NET Identity, with role-based access control. EF Core used for data persistence and domain modeling. The project connected investors with tax professionals and supported advisory sessions online.

Transforming an existing monolithic, low-code production network middleware into an event-driven microservices architecture. Chose Java with Spring Boot for backend microservices and Apache Pulsar as the message broker. Implemented tenant-aware token validation and service-to-service communication via a dedicated microservice to preserve user context and tenant isolation across distributed services.

Data Infrastructure v2 (Frontend) at University of Augsburg

Built a frontend for the backend middleware using Next.js, enabling core management features for projects, machines, and tasks. Implemented an OPC UA client on the server side to read from an OPC UA server, added incremental tree loading for large address spaces, integrated Keycloak for authentication, Traekas as HTTPS proxy, and CSV/JSON data handling utilities.

AI-Powered Guided Breathing App (ML Engineer) at University of Augsburg

Developed a breathing phase classification model in PyTorch with NumPy-based preprocessing, implemented a FastAPI backend for real-time inference, and streamed predictions to the frontend via WebSocket for live visualization in a Next.js application.
