Led the UK expansion, owning end-to-end architecture, CI/CD pipeline, and testing strategy. Migrated a large user base from Cognito to Auth0 to Logto, building an integration layer for multiple IDPs and created a new custom IDP to handle 500k users. Built a highly scalable, contract-driven API framework that unifies roles, scopes, and validation rules into a single specification, automatically generating documentation, validators, and typed frontend clients to eliminate API drift and improve developer experience. Built a secure document management system leveraging end-to-end encryption, ensuring documents are accessible only to authorised users and preventing unauthorised internal access. Managed demo and production deployments; active contributor with pull requests and code reviews. Decoupled Stripe, GoCardless into a tailored message queue redis stream (remq). Built frontend features with Vue, Nuxt to support real-time hydration and state syncing.

Built a unified event streaming integration to unify Uber, DoorDash, and MenuLog APIs and webhooks for real-time pickup alerts. Set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Elastic Container Registry for automated builds and deployments.
