Senior tester within the MultiChannel transformation programme, migrating M&S platforms to IBM WebSphere Commerce. Supervised and coordinated small onshore and offshore testing teams. Led testing across mobile, tablet, APIs, payment (Chip & Pin), digital signage, and ecommerce journeys. Owned UAT signoff and postproduction validation across multiple channels and devices. Delivered end-to-end testing from user registration through payment and order confirmation. Worked closely with business stakeholders and third-party vendors (Utest, Useablenet, INDG). Authored test plans, strategies, and scenarios, reviewing scripts produced by BAs.
