I am Simone Pellegrini, a freelance video maker and director with a background in History & Criticism of Cinema from La Sapienza University in Rome. After graduation, I started creating music videos and working in the commercial industry, gaining hands-on experience as a Production Manager and 1st AD while collaborating with Italian agencies such as Angel Film, FilmMaster Clip and The Mob Production. I later moved into video making with The Mob Production, driving creative decisions and delivering projects within the indie Italian music scene. I’ve won several national awards for my work, including the Rome Videoclip Special Prize, Qoob TV Official Contest 2nd prize, and Best Director at the MEI Videoclip Award in 2009.
