My story has always been about water. Before surf, there was synchronized swimming - years of discipline, breath control, and movement beneath the surface. When I left competition at the age 20, I wasn’t looking for a new sport; but searching for a familiar feeling. And found it in the ocean. Surfing gave me that same rhythm - the flow that asks you to listen more than you force. Around the same time, discovered Ashtanga yoga, initially drawn by the physical challenge, later staying for the presence it demanded. Surf and yoga taught me the same lesson: strength without ego, rhythm without rush, and deep respect for nature. And that's the values i bring to my life and work. Years later, I made a bold shift. Left my career in marketing and advertising - where I worked with account management and brand strategy - and stepped into a front office role at the surf school where I learned to surf. It didn’t take long before teaching, coordinating communication, making some design materials and leading yoga sessions at beaches, surfcamps, hotels, and events for more than 10y. Eventually, I traded city life for the quiet rhythm of Aljezur, in the south of Portugal, where surf is part of everyday life. But while living close to the sea, I began to miss something: strategy, creative thinking, design, illustrations and the storytelling behind strong, authentic brands. Instead of choosing between ocean life and communication, I created Organic Studio to support surf, yoga, wellness, and organic brands in the digital world and beyond. I work with the very community where I belong, and helping brands communicate with clarity, authenticity, and purpose. Not an extreme story - but it is consistent. Guided by movement, authenticity, and meaningful connection. I learned from both waves and brands that best thing unfold.
