Built an end-to-end booking platform (Next.js, MySQL, Redis/BullMQ, JWT) that replaced a manual Excel operation—eliminating double bookings, missed reservations, and uneven staff load. Engineered a constraint-based scheduling engine resolving shift, break, absence, and specialization conflicts in real time, with a fair auto-assign algorithm. Implemented an automated reservation lifecycle: instant confirmation of paid bookings and auto-release of abandoned held slots. Designed a 4-tier RBAC across 200+ services with WhatsApp transactional notifications. Packaged the app as a cross-platform mobile build (Capacitor, iOS/Android) and deployed with PM2 + Nginx for zero-downtime releases.

Led hands-on Advanced Python labs for 400+ students; mentored on algorithms, data structures, and clean coding. Evaluated technical implementations and fostered structured engineering thinking.

Co-founded a multi-tenant Discord-bot management SaaS with 300+ frontend modules and real-time backend systems. Owned full frontend architecture and core real-time backend, collaborating in Agile GitHub Projects. Built a real-time WebSocket notification system, designed a weighted behavioral scoring engine for adaptive user segmentation, and addressed multilingual data consistency at the API layer. Delivered CI/CD pipelines and an in-house CMS.
