Designed and built MousseFer, an intercity transportation booking platform with a microservices architecture of 17 services (15 isolated MySQL databases), using Java 21 / Spring Boot / Angular / Kafka / Redis / MinIO / Docker. Implemented JWT authentication with Redis-based revocation, hardened the API Gateway with exact HTTP method/path filtering, and deployed an internal authentication filter across 11 microservices. Addressed 11 critical security vulnerabilities, built a multi-provider payment router (Stripe/Konnect) with configurable commissions and idempotent webhooks, and implemented a retry-with-backoff strategy to ensure Kafka post-payment document pipeline reliability. Containerized the platform with Docker Compose and supported horizontal scaling for the authentication service. Conducted frontend/backend consistency audits across 17 services and wrote unit/concurrency tests (JUnit/Mockito).
