Contributed to application architecture, reusable UI components, dashboards, and data visualization systems including Grafana integration. Independently developed a GIS-based planning tool for municipal asset management and citizen issue reporting, focusing on geolocation-based data handling, spatial visualization, and structured reporting workflows for city operations. Designed and implemented an AI-powered duplicate detection system using image similarity analysis combined with geolocation data to improve report validation accuracy and system reliability.

Led end-to-end UX/UI design for a SaaS platform for customer management, sales operations, and IoT device monitoring, together with a consumer-facing mobile application. Defined product structure, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces including analytics dashboards, reporting tools, data exports, and payment experiences. Collaborated with stakeholders to shape product requirements and prepared designs for development.
