I'm Mason, a creative and dedicated Graduate 3D Environment Artist with a strong passion for building cinematic environments. I recently graduated with a First-Class degree in Games Design and Concept Art, after completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Games Design.     paper Horror Army Operation Tent Environment

    A finished environment piece exploring the atmosphere of an abandoned military outpost with a horror twist. I focused on building immersive props, realistic texturing, and moody lighting to capture the unsettling feel of a forgotten base.I wanted to capture the feeling of a forgotten outpost, so I paid close attention to lighting, fog, and particle effects to give the scene a tense and unsettling mood. I also experimented with vertex painting, PBR texturing, and custom smart materials to push the realism of the assets. Everything in the scene was built and textured from scratch using Maya for modeling, Substance Painter & Designer for materials, and Unreal Engine for lighting, fog, and final rendering.
