Hi! I'm Matt Salisbury an illustrator and comic book artist based in Ontario Canada. I have been working as a freelance artist for the past 8 years and have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from several independent anthologies, and in recent years have worked with Scholastic Canada. I have also worked in the past as a muralist and animated a music video. I have a Bachelor in Illustration from Sheridan College where I graduated in 2021. I work both in traditional and digital mediums specializing in ink and water colour and Procreate for my illustrations. I'm always looking for new stories to draw and experiment with my style, my favorite genres to work in are horror, supernatural and children's books and I enjoy stories that have a good understanding of queer life, talk about history and indigenous culture.
