Contributed to the free-to-play launch of SMITE 2 on Steam, Epic, Playstation, and Xbox, achieving 21,000 peak concurrent Steam users. Designed and implemented player level progression and character mastery systems. Developed platform achievement features, role selection screen, and deserter penalty systems. Created a dynamic quest system driving player engagement through progression, daily quests, and character trackers. Contributed to the successful release of Starsiege: Deadzone and Tribes 3: Rivals on Steam and Epic. Designed and implemented player inventory screens, incorporating robust back-end communication with rate-limiting to reliably store and update players' inventory states. Contributed to the development of a ranked progression system by designing and building intuitive UI screens that display players' rankings and progress. Developed and integrated multiple gameplay abilities that remained key features throughout the games' lifetimes such as various weapons, a teleport ability, and blink. Designed and implemented a detailed out-of-game quest system for progression, featuring chained quests from multiple quest vendors to encourage targeted gameplay elements.
