I’m Bruno, I’m 22 years old, and I’m a young Software Engineer graduate looking for an opportunity to show my value and deliver value. I’m not just a programmer who writes code, but also a disciplined, persistent, hard-working and determined person, which I consider fundamental to succeeding in life and excelling in my field. I have an unusual work ethic and capacity because I always push myself to the limit of my abilities, and my motto is to always give the best in everything I do. I’m used to and always challenge myself to accept challenges and get out of my comfort zone because I know my abilities and my winning mentality, which overcomes any obstacle.
I have a growth mindset and every day I try to be better than I was yesterday, whether on a technical or personal level. In IT, I’m used to solving problems, building quality systems and applications from scratch, and I stand out for my high and rapid ability to adapt and learn, which shows that I can adapt, evolve and deliver value. Started a network marketing business through JIFU with focus on lifestyle services. Developed a real-time worker tracking and productivity monitoring system for an automotive manufacturing plant, using Bluetooth Low Energy technology, MQTT full-stack web applications (JavaScript, PHP, JSON). Designed and implemented 3 integrated applications based on JavaScript: an Admin backend for managing workers, machines, and beacon setup (PHP & JSON), a per machine tracking app using BLE dongles and real-time scan detection, and an Admin dashboard frontend with real-time visualization and historical data using Node.js, Express, and MQTT. This system addressed a real business problem of excessive idle time in production due to worker absences, helping management identify bottlenecks, optimize workforce training, and increase operational efficiency.
Designed and developed a fully integrated opportunity and offer management system for internal use at Softinsa, from concept to deployment, covering business leads, job offers, internal recommendations, employee benefits, and improvement suggestions. Implemented full-stack web and mobile features including opportunity tracking (CRM-like functionality), job vacancy listings, internal employee applications and CV uploads, interview scheduling, notes, evaluations, and calendar syncing, role-based access with custom dashboards, multilingual support, and secure authentication (SSO, password recovery, email confirmation). Built a robust backend and data model supporting real-time dashboards, reporting, and multi-role workflows. Delivered a production-ready prototype validated and approved by the client with high satisfaction.
