HealthTrack is a full-stack appointment tracker for doctors and patients.
Doctors can create and manage appointments, while patients log in with their name & ID to see upcoming visits and history.
The backend uses an in-memory store (no database yet), so everything resets on server restart.
The UI “feels” real-time because after each create/delete the client re-fetches using useEffect.
