    Challenge:
    An organisation needed to keep its customers happier by training its staff to work quickly and efficiently, following the necessary procedures. Keeping the customers happy was especially challenging on particular days, for example, public holidays, as the number of customers varied significantly from day to day.
    Solution:
    I designed a branching scenario-based eLearning module using Articulate Storyline, incorporating interactive decision-making, realistic workplace scenarios, and engaging visuals. The module followed Mayer’s Multimedia Principles and included various types of assessments to enhance retention. There were also non-training solutions, but they are beyond the scope of this project.
