As the designer for Chinook Legacy Builders, a newly launched house construction company in Central Alberta, my mission was to craft a robust and distinctive brand identity. This company specializes in building high-performance homes specifically engineered to withstand the challenging local wind conditions, and they had already completed three successful builds. The comprehensive branding project aimed to clearly communicate their unique value proposition, resonate with their target audience, and set them apart from general home builders. Ultimately, the goal was to instill trust, attract new clients, and establish Chinook Legacy Builders as the premier choice for resilient homes.
In executing this extensive branding project, I utilized a suite of design software to bring the Chinook Legacy Builders brand to life. My technical expertise allowed me to create a diverse range of deliverables, including multiple logo variations for versatility across different mediums. I meticulously crafted three distinct color palettes and applied them consistently across all logo sets, demonstrating an understanding of brand flexibility. The logo set clearly illustrates these variations and color applications. The stationery system, encompassing business cards, letterheads with practical letter examples, and custom envelopes, was meticulously designed. I also applied the brand to various wearables, such as professional polo shirts, durable work jackets, high visibility safety vests, baseball caps, and beanies, ensuring they were appropriate and functional for a construction company. Furthermore, I extended the brand to several pieces of relevant ephemera and swag, enhancing brand visibility. Finally, I developed and rendered designs for vehicle wraps, prominent storefront signage, and a large format billboard, all requiring precise application of brand guidelines. The comprehensive brand guideline outlines all these applications and the detailed brand guidelines. branding logodesign brandbook identitydesign branddevelopment…As the designer for Chinook Legacy Builders, a newly launched house construction company in Central Alberta, my mission was to craft a robust and distinctive brand identity.
