Founded and built production AI applications and automation for businesses end-to-end: ideation to deployment and ongoing operation. Built a multi-tenant AI platform that answers plain-English questions over a client’s live business data (~10,000 interactions/month in production) with specialized Claude agents reasoning over operational and marketing datasets, producing a daily health score with SQL/citations visible for transparency. Owned and operated a private, code-controlled cloud environment (130+ containers) with encrypted per-provider backups and secure infrastructure practices. Client-facing work included defining outcomes and translating requirements into system behavior stated in plain language, while implementing the full stack (agents, RAG/search, databases, and operational tooling).

Built production AI apps and automation end-to-end while operating and securing the underlying infrastructure. Developed an AI customer success intelligence platform for a high-value client, answering plain-English questions over live business data and generating daily scores. Implemented multi-agent workflows and operational transparency via SQL/citations, backed by a secured, self-hosted cloud stack (private by default, code-controlled, with encrypted backups).

Early-stage founding period focused on designing and iterating AI products and infrastructure, preparing for production operation. Built and practiced LLM tooling/agent patterns, multi-provider reliability concerns, and secure deployments so projects could reach real users reliably. Continued end-to-end ownership mindset established during enterprise delivery experience.
