    The Scent Shed - Branding and Website Design

    The Scent Shed is a Wax Melt company based in Hampshire, they approached me to develop thier brand and build thier Shopify website.

    Thier theme/vibe was Country gore, rustic, botanicals. The idea was to promote thier Eco-friendly product and how thier product, packaging and overall brand was designed with the environment in mind.

    They don’t mind me saying that this was tricky to pull together because the brand ideals were soft/ pastel/neutral colours. However the product, as in the wax melts, bars and candles were bright and random (In the sense of shapes from Paw Prints to Banana’s.) Everything we tried lacked consistency and fluidity on the website.

    In the end we found the right Colour Palette that ironically was staring us in the face, we used a series of shades that replicated the soft brown shade of thier Kraft paper Packaging, combined with a tasteful Sage, White and Soft Grey.

    The Website design was fairly straightforward, we worked on an Ecommerce Site so customers could order online, we developed a scent library so that customers could browse the scents and scent families, provided a gallery so customers could see the internal workings of the business, it was quite a fun project once we got the ball rolling.

    I finished up the project with a full branding kit for the customer, some social media templates to help them get the ball rolling with an online presence.

    Customise Queens - Branding and Website Design

    Customise Queens is a home run printing service for personalised Clothing and Home Accessories.

    They contacted me in 2023 not really knowing what direction to go in with thier brand, and how to make thier style come together on thier website.

    After talking with the owner and getting a feel for who they are as a person, It became very clear they are all about the Rustic, Minimalist, Country Living vibes. Accompanied with thier love for Winnie the Pooh and Watercolour designs. It was a no brainer to try and bring this through on thier Website, making their brand feel more authentic to them.

    We worked on a Colour Palette, Typography Set, Prompts for Social Media and a Logo Design.
