Winter Wonderfest was my second major event project, where I had the opportunity to build the full visual identity and promotional style for a winter-themed pop culture experience. The goal was to create something fun, energetic, and memorable while mixing holiday vibes with gaming, anime, and convention culture. For this project, I designed the official logo, social media advertisements, stage visuals, badges, food promotions, backdrops, stickers, and merchandise concepts. I wanted the branding to feel bold and playful, so I used sharp typography, icy shapes, bright gradients, and character-inspired winter mascots to give the event its own personality. One of the biggest focuses was versatility making sure the brand looked strong across digital marketing, print pieces, stage screens, and attendee items. This project was created for a class assignment focused on developing animated social media advertisements for the Polaroid brand using Adobe After Effects. The goal was to create eye-catching promotional content designed for modern social platforms while staying true to Polaroid’s nostalgic and timeless identity. I developed a series of square-format ad concepts centered around capturing memories, living in the moment, and preserving special experiences through instant photography. Each design combines bold typography, lifestyle imagery, bright call-to-action buttons, and Polaroid’s recognizable rainbow color accents to create energetic and engaging visuals. The animations were built in After Effects, using motion transitions, text movement, and subtle visual effects to bring the static layouts to life for digital marketing use.
