I help healthcare and clinical research teams scale training and onboarding through clear, structured motion design videos built for regulated, enterprise environments. I’m a healthcare-focused motion designer specializing in training, onboarding, and educational videos for clinical research and pharmaceutical teams. My work sits at the intersection of learning design, clarity, and visual communication. I don’t just create animations. I support long-term training programs, internal academies, and onboarding flows where accuracy, consistency, and low risk matter more than visual trends. I’ve worked inside enterprise learning ecosystems and I’m comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, reviewers, and subject-matter experts. I’m used to structured workflows, detailed feedback cycles, and long approval processes that are typical for regulated healthcare and pharma environments. My focus is helping teams simplify complex clinical or medical topics, reduce training friction, maintain consistency across large training libraries, and scale onboarding without losing clarity or quality. I’m especially experienced with clinical research training, CRA and site staff onboarding, SOP and process explanations, and internal learning and enablement videos. I work best in long-term partnerships where I can become a reliable extension of a training or learning team rather than a one-off vendor. My approach is calm, structured, and collaborative. I’m comfortable working with detailed storyboards and scripts, handling multiple review rounds, and aligning visuals with strict content requirements. Clients often describe working with me as smooth, reliable, and low-friction. I’m a strong fit for teams looking for a long-term video partner with experience in healthcare or clinical environments, and for projects where learning, clarity, and consistency are more important than marketing hype. I’m less focused on fast promotional videos and more on training content that needs to work over time. I’m available for long-term collaborations, ongoing training programs, and enterprise-level healthcare education projects. I’m happy to discuss how I can support your team’s training and onboarding needs.

uniE608 Explainer video: The problem with a busy healthcare environment
I created the animations for this medical explainer video, which highlights how stress and time constraints in healthcare affect the patient experience. The film shows realistic situations—such as when staff say, “We're very busy right now”—and explains how these words, even if well-intentioned, can make patients and their families feel overlooked. The message is that small changes in language and attitude can make a big difference: replacing stress with presence and empathy. I was responsible for the visual production of the animation, including design, motion creation, and tempo adjustment to the voiceover. The style is clean, emotionally balanced, and warm, to support the film's reflective and human tone. My contribution: Animation and motion design based on script and voice-over Graphic sequences that visualize patient and staff interactions Color and motion language that conveys empathy and presence Synchronization with voice-over and music Purpose: To raise awareness among healthcare staff about how their words and body language affect the patient experience – and to show that even small moments of presence can transform stress into trust.

The film explains how AI voice assistants and omnichannel solutions can improve the customer experience, increase agent efficiency, and reduce costs for businesses. It shows how Odea Integrations helps organizations bring all communication channels—calls, chat, email, and social media—together in a unified platform with intelligent data management. I was responsible for the visual interpretation and animation of the entire video, including graphic transitions, motion design, and tech-inspired illustrations that highlight Odea Integrations' modern, scalable solutions. My contribution: Design and production of animations based on script and voice-over Motion design to visualize AI flows, customer journeys, and data analysis UI-inspired graphics and symbols that reinforce technical precision Synchronization with narration and music Purpose: To explain how Odea Integrations uses AI, cloud technology, and voice recognition to transform traditional contact centers into efficient, customer-focused platforms—in a modern, engaging, and visually clear way.

I created the animations for this explainer video for 3Beep, an AI-powered system that helps car dealers manage leads, engage customers, and automate test drive bookings. The film shows how 3Beep collects customer contacts from different platforms, answers questions directly, schedules test drives in multiple languages, and keeps the salesperson's calendar full—all through a simple and clear interface. The film explains in a simple and engaging way how LAMP's customer loyalty programs work and why they are profitable for small and medium-sized businesses. It shows how LAMP eliminates middlemen, reduces costs, enables instant payments, and uses AI to create personalized offers for customers. uniE608 How Is Your Water Budget Calculated – Animations for East Valley Water District
I was responsible for the animation in this explainer video produced for East Valley Water District (California). The purpose of the film was to explain to residents how their water budget is calculated within a three-tiered fee system, which encourages responsible water use. The video describes how household water consumption is divided into three tiers: Tier 1: basic indoor use (drinking, cooking, showering) Tier 2: efficient outdoor use (watering lawns and plants) Tier 3: excessive use with higher fees I created the animations that illustrate the calculation of each tier—for example, how the number of people in the household, weather data, evaporation levels (ETo), and plant factor affect the individual water budget. The animations are designed in a clean, informative, and easy-to-understand style, with smooth transitions and clear typography, adapted to the voiceover and tempo of the film. My contribution: Visual interpretation of script and storyboard Design and production of animations for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Synchronization with voiceover and graphics Color and motion design in line with the customer's brand profile Purpose: To explain the water budget system in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing way—and encourage households to use water responsibly.
uniE608 Navigating tax exemptions in healthcare – A medical explainer about DME and VAT-free purchases
The audio for this video was provided by the client. I was responsible for the entire visual production—from storyboard and illustrations to animation and final sound editing. The film explains in a simple and educational way how tax exemptions work for medical equipment (DME), such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, and lift chairs. The goal is to help both patients and healthcare professionals understand the rules that apply in different states in the US, and how to save money by using valid exemptions. The video describes the process step by step—how to check state rules, what documents are required, and what products typically qualify for tax exemption. It uses clear graphics, icon-based illustrations, and smooth movements to make a complex topic easy to follow. I created all the illustrations in a clean, informative style, animated the entire video, and synchronized it with the existing voice recording from the client. Sound design and visual accents reinforce the message and help the viewer stay focused throughout the explanation. My contribution: Storyboard and visual concept development Self-produced illustrations and infographics Animation and motion design Sound design, synchronization, and final mix Purpose: To explain how tax exemptions for medical equipment work in different states and make it easier for customers to make informed purchasing decisions—in a way that is clear, engaging, and easy to understand. video explainervideo animator filmdirector
uniE608 The patient at the center – A medical explainer about partnerships in healthcare
I created this explainer video from scratch, from the idea and storyboard to the finished audio mix. The film introduces the concept of Patient and Family-Centered Care (PFCC) – an approach based on respect, collaboration, and shared decision-making between healthcare professionals, patients, and their loved ones. The story uses a metaphor: a cross-country skier who has lost his way symbolizes the patient facing difficult medical decisions, while a local guide represents the healthcare staff – those who can provide advice and guidance but let the patient choose their own path. I drew all the illustrations, recorded and edited the voiceover, animated the entire video, and added sound effects to create a clear and engaging story. The tone and tempo are carefully balanced to make the subject accessible in education and training for healthcare professionals. My contribution: Idea, script editing, and visual storytelling structure Self-produced illustrations in a clean and modern style Recording and editing of voice-over Animation and motion design Sound design and final mix Purpose: To inspire healthcare professionals to see the patient as an active partner in care – by providing information, showing respect, and inviting joint decision-making.
