I am Paul Alexander Boyd, a writer, composer, and director with a long track record of creating original stage musicals and theatrical music across the UK and Ireland. I have written, composed, and directed numerous productions, developed water spectacles, and collaborated with leading venues and festivals including Lyric Belfast, Theatre at The Mill Newtownabbey, Creation Theatre Oxford, and Big Telly Theatre Company.
I trained in theatre at Ulster University and hold Equity membership and Society of Authors membership. Since 2023 I have served as Entertainment Director for the Responsible Business Awards in Belfast, while continuing to develop new works and direct touring shows for national audiences.
