paper Casino Royale Action Sequence Sound and Score Re-Design

Welcome to my reimagined sound design for an iconic action sequence from Casino Royale! This video is split into two parts:

1️⃣ Part 1 - Sound Design Only: Dive into the raw, immersive world of cinematic sound design! Every punch, explosion, and environmental sound has been meticulously crafted to deliver maximum impact, capturing the adrenaline of the scene without a musical score.

2️⃣ Part 2 - Sound + Score: Experience the same scene enhanced with a dynamic, re-designed musical score. The music elevates the tension, drama, and excitement, blending seamlessly with the custom sound design to bring a new dimension to this legendary action sequence.

paper 🎥 Living in Bahamas | Lifestyle Show Audio Edit & Mix |

For this lifestyle show episode, I took on the challenge of editing and mixing:

🎙️ Dialogue: Cleaned and enhanced clarity with noise reduction for polished, professional sound.
🌴 Sound Design: Crafted vibrant audio to complement the beautiful visuals of Bahamian life.
⚡ Fast-Paced Workflow: Learned to adapt quickly to the fast turnaround required for daily episodes. I created custom woosh and wipe sounds to match frequent scene transitions—reusable assets that streamline future projects!

A rewarding experience blending efficiency with creativity. Let me know your thoughts!

paper 🎥 Starhunter Episode Sound Re-Design | Sci-Fi Sound Design Project

For this George Brown College assignment, I re-designed the sound for an episode of the sci-fi series Starhunter. Here’s what I worked on:

🔊 Sound Design: Created a rich, futuristic soundscape tailored to the sci-fi theme.
🎙️ Dialogue Editing & Noise Removal: Enhanced clarity and removed unwanted noise for clean, immersive dialogue.
🌍 Synthesis from Real Environmental Sounds: Every sound was synthesized from recordings I made of real-world environments. These recordings were processed and transformed to craft unique, otherworldly effects—no sound libraries used!

paper Sound Re-Design for Conjuring 2

Sound redesign for a spooky clip from The Conjuring 2! Decided to give it my own twist and amp up the creep factor. From eerie whispers to chilling ambient sounds, I wanted to make the scene even more intense.

paper Sound Designer Composer and Game Designer for an Indie Game

As part of my portfolio, I am proud to showcase my work as the sound designer and composer for ‘Zombie Apocalypse’, a game I am developing using Unreal Engine 5.3 and Wwise. Set in a valley besieged by the undead, the game follows a character tasked with protecting an AI assistant and a newly built, not yet fully operational teleportation device.

In this project, I designed and implemented a dynamic soundscape that immerses players in the intense atmosphere of a zombie apocalypse. This includes everything from the eerie ambient noises of the valley to the visceral combat sounds and the distinct audio cues for character interactions and AI communications.

Additionally, I composed an original score that captures the tension, urgency, and emotional depth of the game’s narrative. The music dynamically shifts with the gameplay, enhancing the player’s experience as they navigate through the challenges of survival.

Zombie Apocalypse will soon be available on Steam and Epic Games Store.

    paper Ambisonics

Sound Design Mockup: Forest Cottage Narrative
In this immersive sound design piece, I crafted a storytelling audio experience that transports listeners into a serene forest setting. The narrative follows a man in his secluded cottage, deep in the woods. The soundscape begins indoors, where the subtle hum of the home environment contrasts with the quiet outside. We hear the man walking across the wooden floors of his cottage, checking if the kettle is boiling, setting the tone for the peaceful yet vivid environment.

As the man steps outside, the audio shifts dramatically. The sound of his footsteps changes—first to the hard stone, then to soft mud, and finally to moist grass, each surface providing its distinct texture. The ambient soundscape evolves too, transitioning from the enclosed indoor atmosphere to the expansive outdoors, with details like flies buzzing, wind rustling the grass, and water softly flowing in the background. These nuanced sound elements create an engaging sensory experience, highlighting the interaction between the character and his natural surroundings.

The original piece was designed in ambisonic format for an immersive spatial audio experience but was later converted into stereo, making it accessible for easy listening on headphones.
