The legacy site suffered from a high cognitive load and an Information Architecture (IA) that was fragmented. Deeply nested navigation obscured key content, while a weak visual hierarchy and lack of strategic Call-To-Actions (CTA) created significant friction in the user journey.

Key trust signals and content, like social proof, were buried within the IA rather than leveraged as conversion drivers. The site required a heuristic overhaul to simplify the mental model, allowing users to navigate fluidly between content layers without friction.
