    paper SmartClinic

A modern healthcare platform for booking, access, and clinic workflows — service discovery, doctor discovery, appointment booking, authentication, and operational workflows in one connected system.

    Client Background
SmartClinic is an original internal product created by our team to demonstrate how we design and develop modern healthcare platforms that connect patients, doctors, and clinic operations through booking, discovery, and workflow systems. It is presented as a working product showcase for healthcare and clinic-focused industries.

    CHALLENGE
Many clinics still rely on disconnected systems for core interactions such as appointment booking, patient onboarding, doctor discovery, appointment status tracking, queue handling, and access control for staff and doctors. This creates friction for users and makes the overall clinic experience feel less organized than it should. Patients want convenience and clarity. Clinics need structure, visibility, and smoother workflows.

    • Fragmented appointment booking
    • Unclear patient onboarding
    • Disconnected doctor discovery
    • Limited appointment status tracking
    • Queue and access control gaps

    SOLUTION
We designed and developed SmartClinic as a healthcare-focused web platform that brings together public discovery, appointment booking, authentication, patient access, and clinic-side workflow support. The system allows users to explore clinic services, browse available doctors, book appointments with or without an account, create patient or doctor accounts, manage appointments, discover nearby doctors using location, support doctor registration review and approval, and handle clinic workflows through structured dashboard logic. The goal was to create a platform that feels modern, usable, and operationally realistic.

    Design Principles

    • Trust — healthcare interfaces that feel calm, reliable, and easy to understand
    • Clarity — structured layouts, simple actions, and readable content hierarchy
    • Modernity — dark-mode visuals, glassmorphism-inspired cards, and a focused accent palette for a premium product-led appearance

    Outcome
SmartClinic was developed as a working internal product to demonstrate our ability to create modern healthcare platforms that connect patients, doctors, and clinic operations through one coherent experience. It represents the kind of custom healthcare systems, service booking platforms, and workflow-driven digital products we can design and build for real businesses.

    paper StudioFlow

A premium client portal built for modern agencies and service businesses — projects, timelines, feedback, files, invoices, and communication in one platform.

    Client Background:
StudioFlow is an original internal product created by our team to demonstrate how we solve real workflow and client experience challenges through design and development. It is presented as a working product showcase for agencies and service businesses.

    The problem (CHALLENGE):
For many agencies and service providers, the client journey becomes harder to manage once a project begins. Common challenges include scattered communication across multiple channels, unclear project progress and milestone visibility, slow review and approval cycles, unorganized file delivery, disconnected invoice tracking, and fragmented client communication. These issues affect trust, efficiency, and the overall quality of delivery.

    • Scattered communication across multiple channels
    • Unclear project progress and milestone visibility
    • Slow review and approval cycles
    • Unorganized file delivery
    • Disconnected invoice tracking
    • Fragmented client communication

    SOLUTION:
We designed and built StudioFlow as a centralized workspace where clients can log in and manage every important part of their project in one place. The platform allows users to access a personalized dashboard, track active projects and milestones, review project timelines, leave comments and feedback, upload and download files, check invoice status, communicate through built-in messaging, and stay informed through notifications. Rather than relying on multiple disconnected tools, StudioFlow creates one structured digital environment for collaboration and delivery.

    Design Principles:

    • Clarity — simple structure, generous spacing, straightforward navigation
    • Professionalism — trust, usability, product experience suitable for real business use
    • Scalability — layout and modules designed to expand into a larger SaaS platform over time

    Outcome:
StudioFlow was developed as a working internal product to demonstrate our design and development capabilities in building modern client-facing systems. It strongly proves UI/UX design (user flows, dashboard, portal structure, feedback and file UX), SaaS development (auth, dashboards, modules, invoices, messaging), web development (landing, login/signup, authenticated multi-page interface), and service design (onboarding, project tracking, handoff, billing, notifications). It also supports product positioning and branding. It does not claim to showcase every service equally—for example, IoT or mobile app development—but it is an honest, strong fit for portal, SaaS, and workflow delivery.
