My focus is on bridging the "Business-Tech Gap" through: - Technology Strategy & Solution Design: Architecting sustainable, bespoke technical roadmaps that replace generic, off-the-shelf consulting failures. - AI Maturity & Scaling: Leading assessments to move organisations from AI-curious to AI-integrated, ensuring technical foundations are robust and ethical. - Technical Implementation Lead: Overseeing the delivery of complex transformations across Salesforce and custom CMS architectures. - Vendor Assessment & Risk Management: Acting as a senior partner to founders and stakeholders to safely navigate vendor selection and technical project turnarounds. - Agile & DevOps Governance: Implementing elite-level workflows that ensure change is not just delivered, but is sustainable and scalable. I designed and engineered the digital infrastructure for Swell Force, ensuring our own tech stack reflects the high-fidelity, high-impact change we provide to our clients.

• Managing networks and websites and extending WordPress core features with custom plugins and themes. • Building on the latest features of WordPress from Gutenberg Blocks to Full Site Editing. • Implementing designs and style guides from Figma. • Integrating with third party plugins and software for eCommerce, custom fields, translations and localisation, and marketing. • Front-end development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, compile and build tools. • Back-end development - Object-Oriented Programming, PHP, MySQL, React (custom Gutenberg Blocks), ElasticSearch and Filters. Achievements include: ★ Working on custom plugins to help with B2B bulk product orders, ecomm and checkout processes, block registration, download products, tax and pricing information. ★ Theme development includes template parts, block patterns, forms, settings, user roles, taxonomies, custom post types, blocks, themes, landing, blog, archive and product pages. ★ Multinational clients ranged from fashion and hairdressing to financial advice and farming.
