Outsource content creation with the Twine freelance network
Xenith is an IT Consultancy based in London, providing automation & fully managed technology to make companies more productive & efficient.
With over 45 years of insight into the challenges faced by IT, Finance, Operations, and Procurement, and thousands of customers from global multinationals to startups, they advise organizations on ways to navigate the technology landscape to deal with uncertainty.
In order to increase brand awareness for their offset printing program, Print ReLeaf, Xenith was looking to design a welcome kit to encourage corporate clients to use their services. The ‘welcome kit’ itself consisted of a variety of formats, including a welcome letter, links to blog articles, FAQ’s and user guides.
The mission behind the project was to welcome corporate clients and further create a sense of excitement and encouragement to build an ethically aware and sustainable organization.
As this was a corporate project, it was crucial all requirements for the project were met and handled with complete transparency and confidentiality. Strict adherence to brand guidelines and core company messaging was critical to ensure project success.
While searching for freelance professionals to take on the task, Xenith came across Twine. Upon realizing Twine vets all freelancers that enter the platform, Xenith realized this was the right place to outsource an expert graphic designer.
Here, they met a designer by the handle of design@1892, and soon found they were the right expert professional to take on the task. They took the time to work through the client's requirements and created content that encompassed the project entirely.
“... Very satisfied and would recommend their services to others.”
The designer at design@1892 delivered a fantastic welcome kit, exceeding the client's expectations.
Here’s what the Head of Marketing at Xenith has to say about their collaboration, “Great to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, and skilled in their craft. Very satisfied and would recommend their services to others.”
