I build and maintain websites and web applications for small businesses — and I stick around afterwards to keep them running.
Most of my work is WordPress sites for Australian small businesses, plus custom builds in React, TypeScript, Java and Spring Boot when a project needs more than a template can handle. Two recent client sites — ironpaw.com.au and paintedpossum.com.au — are live and still maintained by me.
Before I moved into development I spent about three years in frontline product support for a SaaS platform, and before that supported enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle ERP and Infor M3. That background changes how I build. I’ve spent years on the receiving end of software that broke at the worst possible moment, so I care about things being simple to use and easy to fix — and I’m the developer who actually replies when something goes wrong at 9am on a Monday.
I also build natural-language interfaces using MCP. My own job management platform at jobs.dinaratiumina.com runs a custom MCP-based routing layer that turns plain-English requests into confirmed actions against a real API — deployed and running on AWS, not a demo.
Currently taking on new projects.

A multi-tenant team task platform built to work the way real teams do: teams with role-based memberships, projects scoped to a team, and tasks with categories, comments and activity history.
Backend is Spring Boot with JWT authentication, a validation-first service layer, activity logging for audit trails, and paginated, filtered task queries. Front end is React and TypeScript with protected routing, typed API services and reusable form components. Linting, unit tests and a GitHub Actions CI pipeline on both sides.
Built with: Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, GitHub Actions
A working e-commerce application with real payment processing and live inventory.
Built Stripe Checkout for payments, variant-based inventory (size and colour combinations tracked separately), and a persistent cart. The Firestore database uses transactional stock updates so inventory stays accurate when several people are buying at once — the problem most small store builds get wrong.
React front end deployed to GitHub Pages, Express and Stripe backend on Render.

A full-stack job management platform I designed, built, deployed and run in production.
What it does: users manage job applications through a filterable, sortable dashboard, with secure accounts and structured workflows behind it.
How it’s built: a Spring Boot REST API with layered architecture, JWT authentication in HTTP-only cookies and CSRF protection. React and TypeScript on the front end, with filtering, sorting, pagination and proper error handling. MySQL for persistence.
The interesting part: a custom MCP-based routing layer that takes plain-English requests and turns them into confirmed actions against the API — with a confirmation step before anything is executed.
Deployment: Spring Boot API on AWS Elastic Beanstalk, MySQL on RDS, React front end on Amplify, custom domain through Route 53. It’s live and I operate it.

A second WordPress build for an Australian small business, covering design, build, launch and ongoing maintenance.
The focus was a clean, fast site that represents the business well and is straightforward for the owner to keep current. I handled the layout and build, set up hosting and the domain, and made sure everything renders correctly across devices.
Ongoing maintenance is part of the arrangement — I keep it updated and handle changes as they come up.

Designed and built a WordPress site for an Australian small business, from initial brief through to launch and handover.
The client needed a professional online presence that they could update themselves without calling a developer every time something changed. I built the site, set up the content structure so it stays manageable, made sure it works properly on phones, and walked them through editing it.
I still maintain the site — updates, backups and changes as the business grows.
