She somehow managed to capture each of their personalities so accurately, which made everything feel so personal and special. Her communication was fantastic from start to finish, keeping us updated throughout the process and making sure we were happy every step of the way. Before completing the final illustrations, Caitlin sent us initial sketches and was more than happy to make any edits we wanted. In reality, there was very little to change because she got them right first time, but it was reassuring to know we could tweak them until they were exactly how we wanted. To top it all off, she worked to a really tight deadline and still delivered everything on time without compromising on quality. We had so many compliments on the artwork on our wedding day, and we’ll treasure it forever.
