Portfolio: behance.net/oana-diana Hi there, As a short introduction, I currently work as a freelancer with experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, web, advertising, always balancing them with pleasure & desire of mixing as needed in order to reach best results possible, always with the main purpose of delivering quality, innovation and freshness, actively searching to do it on a much bigger scale as part of an amazing team with great vision. During my development, after reaching a BA degree in fashion design and an MA degree in graphic design, with a diploma in mathematics - informatics at one of the most prestigious schools in Romania, I’ve been part of the digital team at a software-oriented company which worked for international clients, mostly from Western European countries, as well as Australia, India and now reaching for The United States. The team was in charge of delivering qualitative UI/UX design and web design, as well as image consulting and brand improvements. Meanwhile, I’ve started to cover my own projects as a freelancer, even if the discovery of UI/UX during my college years completely broke my wheel and made me fell in love with it, I wanted to polish the related skills simultaneously, so I’ve started to take extra projects. At first, they were branding related, that’s how I’ve started to possess a better understanding of different perceptions and purposes of many brands simultaneously, maintaining their constraints while continuously improving them. This helped me understand better the particular needs of every client and their requests. I’ve been working with clients from all kinds of fields, from e-commerce, gaming companies, fashion because of my history regarding this domain and because I’ve been in the position of marketing manager for different fashion companies. Usually helping entrepreneurs bring new digital products & services to market, I've started to understood product-oriented and retail companies much better and how to focus on selling and attracting the public using smart imaginary and proactive concepts. Many projects covered app & web design, the majority had the building of the brand and the sustaining of the whole graphic design process included. This focus sustained the creation of user interfaces bloom while bringing freshness to the entire process. From wireframes to prototypes, always keeping up with the latest design trends and trying to bring innovation to every product I had a chance to work on, I've always wanted to connect with the user on a higher level, not only create "something pretty", not only. Now I am working in Figma & Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects ) and the Office Suite. I understand they are tools that help you in the creative process, and I can say I’m pretty easy-going on learning new tools if needed. I also possess a good understanding of HTML and CSS.
