Hello! I’m Hugo Weishaar. I founded Ashcom in 2021 and have since handled every stage of the creative process, from understanding client needs to graphic design, art direction, project management and client relations. I’ve worked with small businesses and large companies such as Suez, Septeo and Richardson, as well as international clients in Switzerland, Dakar and Marrakech. I’m proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and have working knowledge of WordPress, Figma and motion design, which I continue to develop. I know how to identify what truly satisfies a client and how to lead a project from the initial brief through to final delivery. At Private Sport Shop, Europe’s leading sports flash sales platform (16 million members, 3,000 brands, over 100 sports), I was responsible for creating and integrating visuals for the e-commerce website, including banners, ads, product visuals and promotional content. My role involved producing modern, impactful visuals while strictly respecting the site’s art direction and the brand guidelines of major labels such as Adidas, Nike, The North Face, Quiksilver and Patagonia. I also handled visual sourcing and asset optimization in a high-volume environment, which helped me develop strong responsiveness and adaptability—key skills when working on an international-scale e-commerce platform.
