I stepped in to provide a comprehensive brand identity from the ground up, paired with a custom and scalable website she can actually control. THE BRAND IDENTITY I started by deeply integrating her existing Astro Identity into a comprehensive visual identity guide. This foundation defined her core values and market position as a soul-driven niche bridging traditional physical therapy and alternative healing. To bring this strategy to life, I developed a complete visual ecosystem. I designed a custom logo featuring a stylized hand gently holding a mint sprig within a dotted circular frame, symbolizing holistic movement and natural healing. The package included multiple variations to ensure flawless application across any medium. I paired the elegant Wreath script and organic Coniferous serif for brand marks with clean web fonts to guarantee legibility while maintaining a soft and approachable tone. I also built an Aurora-inspired color palette featuring midnight indigo, vibrant mint, ocean teal, rose quartz, and amethyst root to visually communicate cosmic wisdom and professional clarity. The visual identity was rounded out with custom flourishes, patterns, a curated mood board, and essential print collateral - including a standard business card, and a tarot-inspired business card. THE WEBSITE DESIGN STRATEGY The client was fielding a massive volume of phone calls just to answer basic questions about insurance and treatments. Aesthetically, I had to capture her alternative approach - keeping that subtle energy without alienating traditional patients. I focused on balancing a clean and clinical layout with a warm and welcoming feel. THE DEVELOPMENT I built a custom, highly scannable site using the Divi 5 framework. The architecture heavily prioritizes FAQs, making essential details easy to find from any page. I also set up a scalable foundation for her future plans, building in the structure for a blog, testimonials, and pillar pages so everything is ready to go for a future rollout.
