The role focuses on delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM solutions and implementing AI-powered, automated service management capabilities. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM initiatives, including solution design, development, automation, Now Assist and GenAI implementation, integrations, testing, deployment, operational support and technical leadership. Provide technical leadership through peer reviews, governance, estimation, risk assessment, documentation and mentoring. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline. At least 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Demonstrated experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM implementations. Proven production experience implementing multiple ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities and skills. Experience defining adoption and governance strategies for AI-enabled ITSM solutions. Strong experience with ITSM automation across Incident, Request Fulfilment, Change and Knowledge Management.
