Build out client-facing email campaigns from the ground up using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, and CSS based on department style guides and established copy. Collaborate on construction of project schedules for tasks related to preparation, launch, and management of online courses using project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Excel. Generate, edit, and provide feedback on standard operating procedures for role-related tasks with a focus on efficiency, speed, and ease of functions. Create reports and dashboards as needed in Salesforce Lightning Experience for both the Program Services and Marketing teams. As needed administrative tasks, including file management, customer service, and ordering paper credentials for participants via a third party vendor.

Maintain physical office space by placing work orders with management as needed, sourcing and purchasing furniture, cleaning supplies, snacks, and other as-needed miscellania, and overseeing routine maintenance. Assist with internal events, handling catering orders, party rentals, and other set up and break down. Manage front desk operations, including mail reception, helpdesk functions, and acting as face of company for visitors and workers alike.

Engage guests in sales presentations with a focus on selling multiple units per transaction. Create an organized & clean store and stock room environment, and follow/enforce all COVID-19 protocols.
