I thrive on creating compelling visual stories and managing projects that elevate brands and spaces. My former alma mater in West Virginia awarded me their total brand refresh project across the board. The first priority was giving their Patriot mascot a facelift without losing the integrity & orientation of their original mascot mark, that way the change wouldn’t be so drastic that they would have to roll out the logo on all signage, scoreboards, and courts. They also needed word-marks, and logo marks for each individual sport. Secondly, they wanted to translate that into new merch for their students and parents to be proud of and a shop they could utilize year-round. I also recommended that they update their Wix website to look just as fresh and high-quality as their fresh new logo.
After I finished the logos marks, I started giving their Wix site a complete overhaul using the new branding I had established. I touched every page and polished it out with a Printful shop integrated directly into the site with the Printful widget plugin. Lastly I brainstormed and implemented over 50 new fresh merchandise items to their new e-commerce site.
