We need assistance with the setup of an Akeneo system we have run into some issues with. The main issues are:

  1. When we upload a CSV via the UI, the job doesn’t automatically run the import
  2. We can’t work out how to download images to Akeneo via http://

Then in addition:

  1. Some quick pointers in terms of how to get started with a client
  2. Advice on how to best do the integration with M2

We want to start with 1 day’s worth of assistance spread over a month. If the developer can keep track of the time spent on this then we can look at paying more for any extra time over and above that if required.
