President/composer/music director

My name is Mike Sigman, part of the Sigman Brothers original musical resident theatre company @ the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, IL and I am looking for an orchestrator(s) who can take my compositions to the next level in the vein of a Menken/Pasatieri Disney-esque style. I know that’s a tall order and asking a lot but might as well dream big and go from there. In the last 5 years we have written 9 musicals and started by opening a shuttered theatre in Des Plaines, IL to put up our first show to being given the keys to the PRR theatre in St. Charles and total control. I have an undergrad & a masters degree in Composition and have written approx. 185 songs over the course of that time so there is no shortage of material. I am looking for a like-minded individual(s) who can take my vision and run with it, basically realize these pieces of music and carve them into what the should be - see the sculpture in the stone, if you will.
