Way Creative House is a new experiential marketing agency that specializes in creating and deploying tech-enabled customer experiences for our clients and we are looking for a Freelance Web Developer to join our team for mid-sized to large client projects.

Job Duties:

• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• The position requires constant communication with colleagues.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs.
• Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, etc.) is needed to be successful in this position.
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a web developer
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks including JQuery
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3,
• Web Programming Skills and Web User Interface Design (UI)
• Implementing E-Commerce applications securely
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Proficient in working with a variety of API’s and Web Services such as REST
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
