Manifest in Chicago is on the hunt for an Associate Creative Director/Art+Digital Design. In this role, you’ll create and communicate concepts, implement marketing strategies, and develop interactive design solutions—from website designs to campaigns, and any other innovative creative means. Our creativity must challenge the status quo and break through the vanilla wall. Think big. Notice small. Own it all.

Responsibilities

• Think conceptually and enact visually. A true maverick of visual communication.
• Push the envelope without ever losing sight of strategy.
• Be savvy in designing everything from websites to banners to apps to social posts
• Collaborate with UX, photographers, illustrators, content writers and more with grace and ease
• Take pride in going the extra mile to make something killer
• Be creative, conceptual, clever, courageous and consistent
• Read emails, meet deadlines, hang out, kick ass, take names and don’t eat all of the good snacks

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Art Direction and Design, including experience at a digital agency
• Ambition and drive to lead and to make
• Expert-level application of 21st century art direction tools. (We’re talking the Adobe Creative Suite and beyond.)
• Innovative portfolio including website concepts and designs for a variety of brands
• Bachelor’s Degree
