Nomensa is looking for a Drupal Developer to join our expert development, UX and design teams and work on a number of exciting and premium websites, in which your output could be seen by millions of people.

These will be built in an intelligent way with scalable components, based on a sound understanding of user needs and with accessibility and security at the front of mind.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be deeply embedded with our teams of talented UX consultants and designers and other developers with one intention: building absolutely fantastic sites in Drupal 8, that are developed in a truly user centred way. You’ll also be building with future scalability in mind, writing clean, clever code and building modular assets that can be efficiently re-deployed.

What we need from you
We are looking for candidates on both a permanent or a freelance basis. For freelance, you will need to be available to start as soon as possible and work up until September.

You’ll be a self-starting back-end or full-stack Drupal developer. Expertise with the Drupal CMS is paramount, and a hunger to develop the best code imaginable, working collaboratively with other developers.

You’ll need to understand PHP 7 like the back of your hand and other aspects like microservices, data, display, security and information architecture, and have advanced site-building experience including familiarity with Drupal modules such as Views, Migrate and Search API.

If you’re more of a full stack developer, we’d love to hear from you if you have plenty of experience in maintaining the quality and responsiveness of applications and websites. You’ll be able to maintain code integrity and organisation and have experience working with designers and converting designs to visual elements. You’ll be able to understand and implement a high level of security and data protection and be highly experienced with back-end programming languages.
