XP Synergy Companies is comprised of 5 brands. Two of those brands are our creative agencies (PerXuade and X-Press It). We produce creative services ranging from Graphic Design, Video Production, Content Development, Public Relations, Web Development, Photography, Outreach, Traditional Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

Our clients range from government entities, large and mid-size companies, small businesses and nonprofit organizations. We also have several internal projects and programs in our other divisions that we provide creative services on a regular basis.

We are looking for a freelance web designer/developer who possesses the following qualities:

• 24-48 hour turnaround for simple jobs, such as landing pages, etc.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE PORTFOLIO!! (No applications will be considered without previous work samples).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Wordpress including creating themes from scratch.
• SEO
• HTML
• Ability to work and pivot between projects on tight deadlines
• Interpret and create based on inspiration and concepts
