THE COMPANY
ORDRE is a global fashion tech company that has created a lot of excitement from both retailers and luxury designers throughout the business of fashion. ORDRE as an organisation is spread across 5 countries internationally and currently has about 30 staff.
ORDRE is revolutionising the way luxury wholesale works online, using technology to overcome issues that might typically be a barrier. We are leading the way with interactive 360 photography to support the purchase flow and are already experimenting with Virtual Reality Videos amongst a host of other interesting technology.
THE ROLE:
ORDRE is looking for a Production Coordinator in Paris to assist the team with all content creation. ORDRE is a global online wholesale platform that develops business between the world’s leading fashion designers and the most influential fashion retailers.
Responsibilities:
Attending and supporting shoots in Paris including; transporting equipment, setting up at the shoot, purchasing spare equipment and finding solutions when equipment issues come up. The shoot days can be long with early starts and late finishes
Assist the Paris team with shoot scheduling and planning
Liaise with Sales Managers to capture data needed for shoot production
Build and develop relationships with photographers, assistants, model agents, studio managers, caterers, hair/make-up, etc.
Compile accurate call sheets and arranging local transportation as needed
General administrative assistance - updating shoot calendar, maintaining master contacts document etc.
THE CANDIDATE
Essential Skills/Requirements:
Experience in producing/assisting fashion photography
Strong organizational and communication skills
Positive ‘can do’ attitude and calm under pressure
Dedication and a strong willingness to getting the job done
Process-oriented with ability to multitask
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
English speaking
