3D character animation for children's video

Looking to create and animate a male skateboarding teen to use as transitions in a video. The character should be seen as cool and relatable to other kids his age.

For each video, the teen will do a cool skateboarding move or just skate around before skating up to the “camera” and then asking a question (lip sync). The setting(s) should be a school exterior with a playground that includes skateboarding ramps, stair railings, etc.

I am open to various animation styles.

These videos will be used as transitions to introduce different topics throughout the video.

These videos are for a re-make of a program originally produced in 2004 to help children who stutter, “Stuttering: For Kids, By Kids.” In it, an animated talking basketball is featured in the animations we are re-placing (See link below). Unlike this 2004 video, of course, I need the animation in 1080P 16:9.

The copy for the animated segments will be nearly identical.

Looking to complete this animation by the end of 2021, but sooner is better.
