Email Developer

Hi,

I have written a brief below which should help outline what we’re looking for:

We are a small team and stretched on email design resources currently. We need someone to help create some email designs for us, meaning we will brief what we want the email to look like (we will provide copy, logo, brand guidelines and imagery) and we need someone to create the HTML code of this design ,so we can then create the email in Klaviyo (our ESP) and send the email. We estimate we will need approx. 4 emails created a month.

What could the process look like?
We would agree the email objective, theme etc and write the copy that fits this in house. We would then liaise with an email designer to ensure the brief is clear and if there are any questions at this time. Then the designer will create the HTML code based on the brief and share with us to review. Once both parties are happy with the design, the designer will share the HTML code with us.

Mission/ Brand Value for email
We are a colourful, fun brand and we try to reflect this within our emails. We use a lot of gifs and moving images too, as these tend to increase clicks. We are currently using Klaviyo as our ESP and try to use plain text where possible to increase email deliverability. We are passionate about testing within email and ensuring we are sending customers what they want to see/hear from us, this may mean we sometimes brief in a few versions of the same campaign so we can test which creative performs best.
