Virtual Assistant-Performance Coach

We are looking for an expert VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – Performance Coach to provide coaching support to our team while working remotely. The applicant will work under the supervision of team leader / middle manager.

Following are the responsibilities that applicants must be capable to perform:
• Enhance overall company performance.
• Schedule client’s sessions
• Respond to emails
• Schedule meeting
• Manage a contact list using CRM software
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
• Organize managers’ calendars
• Perform market research
• Create presentations, as assigned
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
• Achieve target level and perform beyond the expectations.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various training tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and other related tasks. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype and Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to handle coaching projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision and follow the brief provided.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Proficiency in the English Language (minimum B2 level)
